Mission
ARROWS and DARTS promote diversity and inclusivity in STEM by providing college and high school students with meaningful research experiences, mentorship, and access to leadership conferences and networking opportunities. We inspire a passion for STEM-related research discovery and aim to create a vibrant ecosystem of innovation that is inclusive of all backgrounds and experiences.
